Whether you spend the day fishing down at the ponds or decide to head over to explore the mountains, the fun is only a hop, skip, and a jump away.
Claim Jumper 8 is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom corner unit deluxe townhome that sleeps 12. Bedrooms one and two are located on the second floor, and both have king beds. Bedroom 3, which is the loft on the third floor, has twin bunk beds and two queen beds. Downstairs on the first floor you will find a cozy living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen, wood fireplace, Washer/Dryer, TV/VCR/DVD, phone, and WiFi available. Property has NO Air Conditioning.
Unit is non-smoking. Pets considered. One small, house broken dog will be allowed with an accompanying non-refundable pet deposit. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit.
Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is NO trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. Total square footage is 1310.
