Claim Jumper #10 is a three bedroom deluxe townhouse which sleeps up to 12. The Claim Jumpers are between the river and the kids’ fishing ponds and are considered to be a Ski In/Out location.
The front door opens to a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat screen TV. Next to the dining table is a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a half bath.
On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a private bathroom (tub/shower). The master bedroom also has a private balcony with a view of the mountain.
The 3rd floor loft contains a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs. Property has a total of 1310 square feet.
The unit is equipped with Direct TV. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is NO trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. Property has NO Air Conditioning.
