This adorable townhome is located in town and is in close proximity to everything. For those guests that love to walk, get ready to get your steps in!! This 2 story townhome sleeps 8 guests and is pet-friendly! The main floor has a full-sized kitchen, living room, ½ bath and washer and dryer. There’s plenty of seating room for guests to enjoy a meal. The dining room table sets 4 with additional seating at the bar with 3 stools. The plush couch is a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full-size bath. The Master has a queen bed and TV for your late night viewing. The second bedroom has queen bunk beds, TV, with access to the balcony!!! How cool is that!!! The balcony has 2 chairs and a table for your morning coffee sunrise. The townhouse has a front porch with two deck chairs and a propane grill. There is limited parking space available, therefore trailer parking isn’t available. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.

Interaction with guests

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
