This condo is located in-town and is in perfect walking distance to so many things, like the Copper Chair Lift and the Community House! The condo has a studio style floor plan and is located on the 2nd floor. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen which is perfect for people that want to make their meals during their stay when they aren’t dining at one of our local establishments that are within walking distance. The condo has 1 queen bed and a sofa sleeper. It also comes with a smart TV for your late night viewing when you are all tuckered out from a day of adventures in the fresh mountain air. This condo has one bathroom equipped with a standup shower. The condo is pet-friendly so feel free to bring Fido along. Outside there is a general area that has a propane grill and large smoker for your grilling needs as well as a fire-pit and wood is provided. Please note there is only 1 parking spot per condo and no room for trailers. The parking is very tight, so if you have a large truck or SUV you may want to use the overflow parking 1.5 blocks across from Main Street behind the Hillcrest Bank.

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.
Interaction with guests
Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.

About The Neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
