Who says you can’t enjoy the finer things in life while experiencing the Mountain Lifestyle? This luxury property is located off of Main Street and is snuggled up to the river, giving you a piece of serenity. Peaceful mornings or evenings can be best spent listening to the river from the patio of the balcony off of two of the top floor suites. The first floor has a gourmet kitchen that boasts plenty of room for you to make your favorite get-together meals! The more the merrier in a kitchen of this size!!! From the kitchen you can either continue down the hall to the grand living room or venture off to the formal dining area that connects to the living area. The living room has a beautiful fireplace as one of the main focal points. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy the fire dancing in the gas fireplace. The living area also boasts multiple windows from the floor to the ceiling, giving you a feeling of connection to the outdoors. There is also a Hot Tub on the lower level. Off the living room is a master bedroom with a King bed, with its own 2 private bathrooms equipped with stand up steam shower and a private bathtub. Take a stroll up the stairs to the second floor where you will find an open loft area that can easily oversee the first floor. This floor has 4 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom that has stand up steam showers. Suite 2 has a King bed with a Twin sleeper. Suite 3 has a King bed. Suite 4 has a King bed with a Full sleeper. Suite 5 has a King bed with a Full sleeper. You can also venture into the Game Room where you can enjoy a game of air hockey, checkers, pool, ski ball or other games you’ll find in this fun room! The third floor opens up to an open loft area. Here you will find two more bedrooms both with their own bathrooms that have shower/bath combo with King beds and their own private balcony!!!! For those staying in these suites, be sure to enjoy the cup of joe on the balcony while listening to the birds and the river’s lullaby in the morning or evening sitting around the Fire Pit. Third floor in the open loft area has 3 Sofa Sleepers one is a Full sleeper, the other 2 are Twin sleepers. No matter if you choose to visit us during the winter, spring, summer, or fall, we know you will enjoy everything this luxury commodity has to offer! Did we mention the Double Dog is pet friendly?? About The Neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into either Albuquerque International Sunport or Santa Fe Municipal Airport. Both airports offer daily flights into the area. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to venture on over to town. Rental cars are available at both airport locations, though some guests find they prefer local transportation. Twin Hearts Express and Transportation offers transportation to Red River and the surrounding communities from both airport locations. Reservations are mandatory, so make sure to schedule your ride prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Please contact the Reservations Unlimited office at 575-754-6415 if you anticipate being early or late. To check-in, you’ll go to the Reservations Unlimited office at 312 West Main Street, Red River, NM 87558. The office is mid-town, on Main Street, and directly across the street from the Der Markt grocery store and Go Kart City. Most Reservations Unlimited vacation rentals have full kitchens, a fireplace, and a television with cable or satellite programming. Many have a washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please check the property description carefully for specifics, and ask if in doubt. Kitchens should be stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. Wood is provided for the fireplace (unless it is gas-burning). Propane is provided if the location has a gas grill. Clean towels and linens are provided and in place upon arrival, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and dish soap. No maid service is offered during your stay; however, towels may be exchanged every other day. No pets are allowed unless given specific permission in writing. A $100, non-refundable pet fee can be charged pre-check in, during, or after the stay. Additional charges may apply if owners do not clean up after their pet. Damages from pets are not covered under the property damage fee. All units are non-smoking. Given rural conditions, occasional outages of internet access and/or cable services are possible. No refunds or rebates will be given for service disruptions. If planning to bring multiple vehicles or if pulling a trailer, please first verify with the office that there will be ample room at your reserved location.
