This is the perfect townhouse for those who want to be in the middle of it all in Red River. This Mountainview Townhouse is central in town, half a block off of Main Street, adjacent to the town Post Office, and across the street from Brandenburg Park, which is the venue for many popular events. It has a guest-accessible garage with a WASHER/DRYER, a wood-burning fireplace in the living area, and wireless internet access. NO TRAILER PARKING. The full kitchen and living/dining area sits above the garage, and there is also a bathroom with a shower on this level. The living room sofa is convertible into a twin bed. The bedrooms and an additional full bath (tub/shower) are on the 3rd level. Each bedroom has a private balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk with a twin trundle bed. This property has a total of 1024 square feet.

About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into either Albuquerque International Sunport or Santa Fe Municipal Airport. Both airports offer daily flights into the area. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to venture on over to town. Rental cars are available at both airport locations, though some guests find they prefer local transportation. Twin Hearts Express and Transportation offers transportation to Red River and the surrounding communities from both airport locations. Reservations are mandatory, so make sure to schedule your ride prior to arrival.

Mountain View #3 is a non-smoking property Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.
