There’s no better way to start your morning than sitting on the porch of River Garden with a warm cup of coffee listening to the river as the brisk mountain air fills your lungs. As you discover this spacious two story townhome, the modern farmhouse atmosphere welcomes you from room to room. River Garden Townhouse is a three bedroom deluxe which sleeps up to 12. The front door opens to a spacious living/dining area which centers around a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a large flat screen satellite (Dish Network) TV w/DVD player. Wireless internet service is also included. Past the living area is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, a full bath (shower), and bedroom #1 with a queen bed and three twin beds. Upstairs is bedroom #2 with a queen bed and a trundle (2 twins) and a private bath (tub/shower) with double sinks. There is also a flat screen satellite TV, and a private balcony overlooking the river. In the hallway between the bedrooms is a washer and dryer. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and one twin and a private bath (tub/shower). This property has a total of 2142 square feet. This property is 5-6 blocks from the main ski area and is on the route for the Red River Miner trolley (a free service to the community). Absolutely NO parking for trailers.

About The Neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into either Albuquerque International Sunport or Santa Fe Municipal Airport. Both airports offer daily flights into the area. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to venture on over to town. Rental cars are available at both airport locations, though some guests find they prefer local transportation. Twin Hearts Express and Transportation offers transportation to Red River and the surrounding communities from both airport locations. Reservations are mandatory, so make sure to schedule your ride prior to arrival.
