This spacious tri-level townhouse is located directly on Main Street and is just steps from shopping, dining, skiing and entertainment. From the balcony you will enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, the ski area, and the hustle and bustle of this picturesque resort town. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and Smart-TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and Smart-TV. The main floor has a spacious kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room that includes a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has a wood-burning stone fireplace and a Smart-TV. The balcony has seating and a gas grill for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals of your choosing. The dining area has a large table that seats eight and four additional chairs at the bar. The loft upstairs is very spacious and has a king size bed and two twin beds. Please note this property has 3 parking spaces for your vehicles, but no trailer parking. No pets allowed. Property has WiFi network with very fast internet service. Property does not have a washer/dryer. In order to have access to the washer and dryer, you would need to rent the Red River Townhouse efficiency as well. To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited for late check-in instructions.

If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Rules

This is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Please wash or start the dishwasher and take out the trash before leaving the property. Please don't adjust the refrigerator temperature.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.
