Centrally located in town, this two-bedroom townhouse is just a short walk to everything Red River has to offer. If visiting for an event, Brandenburg Park and the Conference Center are 1 block south. This comfortable unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, half bath, and living/dining area on the main level. (The main level is perched above the garage and is accessible from the entryway stairs.) The living room sofa is also convertible into a queen sleeper. On the next level are two bedrooms and two full baths (tub/showers). The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private balcony, and a jacuzzi tub in the en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The property has a total of 1088 square feet. There is one parking spot under the carport directly in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible to guests. Sorry, there isn't any trailer parking. High-speed internet is provided. No smoking. No pets. The unit has a Smart TV. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited at (575) 754-6415, and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
