Riverbend 8 Efficiency

Riverbend 8E is a recently updated corner studio unit on the river with easy parking right at your door. This unit is ideal for two adults with a queen size bed but can sleep up to four with a full size sofa sleeper as well. Your kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, convection oven, hot plate, coffee pot and toaster, along with a complete set of dishes and silverware for four. Warm up by the gas burning fireplace year round and the satellite Tv with DvD player. This property does have a hot tub (deposit required), and Wifi. The hot tub is shared with guests at Riverbend 8A. All towels and linens are provided and towels can be exchanged every other day at our office for fresh ones. This unit has a walk in shower in the bathroom. No washer/dryer. Other items we provide include paper towels, dish and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, make-up removal supplies, and coffee. The property is located on the western side of town and is just 5-6 blocks from the Ski area. This property will accept one dog under 100 lbs with a $125 non-refundable pet fee. Pet Fee: If pet fee isn't charged at time of booking it may be charged at time of check in. The Red River Miner’s Transit provides free year-round service to any individual needing transportation. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. Guest Access

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.

Interaction with guests

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.

About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Rules

All Riverbend condos are non-smoking. Guests agree to a $500 refundable security deposit for the hot tub. Please use the hot tub responsibly to avoid additional charges. Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable pet fee. Please wash dishes and take out the trash before leaving the property. Do not adjust the refrigerator temperature.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box. If you have rented a home with a hot tub, please allow this message to confirm that you have pre-authorized a $500 security deposit to cover any potential damage or misuse. The deposit will be reconciled after your stay has been completed.
