Riverbend 7 - Townhome 4 bedroom 3 bath Sleeps 11 on the River with Wifi This 3 story townhome sits across from the river, boasting beautiful views of the mountain. The A unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The top floor has a loft with twin beds and a foosball table for your enjoyment. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite Tv as well as complimentary WiFi to ensure your stay is accommodating as possible. The living area is an open-concept and has a fireplace to keep you toasty during cool summer nights and sought after snowy winters. This home has 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds to accommodate 8 guests. This home does not permit pets, so Fido has to stay home. The townhome has designated parking but is not sufficient for trailer parking. Riverbend 7E - Townhome Efficiency sleeps 3 on the River with Wifi This efficiency unit is connected to Riverbend 7A and can be rented together or separate. The home sits across the river with beautiful views of the mountain. The efficiency comes with a full bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size bed for two with a twin pull-out. Snuggle up to the fire in the morning or night and enjoy the views out the front window or enjoy the latest posts from Reservations Unlimited Facebook page as this unit comes with complimentary wifi. Not into Facebook or enjoying the views? Relax by the fire and watch a show on the flatscreen TV before your next Red River adventure begins. The home does come with a kitchenette in case you need to whip up a quick meal. Whether booking direct or through a third party, all reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours. 4 Wheel Drive is often required to access the driveway during the winter months.

About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Rules

No pets. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

Parking only for 2 vehicles Please proceed to the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 W Main to complete the check-in process. Reservations Unlimited is currently using contactless check-in - please look for an envelope with your last name displayed on or near the office door upon arrival into town. This envelope will contain all of the relevant check-in information but we do ask that you review and sign the first page and either leave that with a team member or in the dropbox located by the office door.
