If you’re looking for one of the best views in the upper valley, look no further! This cabin was freshly built by one of Red River’s most prestigious home builders and sits on a full acre for plenty of space and privacy. You will get the full mountain experience while you relax on your large deck and listen to the Red River flowing in the background or gather around the large fire pit for roasted marshmallows on a cool summer’s night or snowy day. As soon as you walk in, you’ll get that mountain feel with the tall aspen ceilings, wood-burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. Modern features include dimmable recessed lighting in every room, high-speed WiFi, a SmartTV in the living room and bedrooms, and soft-close drawers and cabinets. After a long day of fishing or skiing, you can head back to your cabin and make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or head outside to the gas grill for a family barbecue! Have a picnic outside, or dine all together inside at the huge dining room table. When the day is over, start a load of laundry in your own laundry room with an ironing board for those items that need an extra touch-up. When you’re ready to unwind for the night, you’ll find a master bedroom on the first floor with a king bed, a sliding glass door that leads to the deck outside, and an attached master bathroom with double sinks and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs in the loft, two sets of bunk beds with trundles sleep 6 more guests. Just off the loft, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds, one with its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. In each of the 3 bedrooms, you’ll experience the utmost comfort with memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, SmartTVs, and bedside USB chargers. An additional upstairs bathroom boasts double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The living room has a sleeper sofa to bring the total sleeping number to 14 total. There is also a pack n play in the property for your use! This property also includes a hot tub, generator, and plenty of parking for your trailer and OHVs! To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited at (575) 754-6415, and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours. **Please note that for this property, 4WD is often required to access the driveway during the winter months.** We are pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to purchase groceries, and other items, in advance and have them delivered to the property, prior to arrival, using Tailored Stay. About The Neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into either Albuquerque International Sunport or Santa Fe Municipal Airport. Both airports offer daily flights into the area. Once you’ve landed, there are a variety of ways to get to town depending on your preference. Rental cars are available at both airport locations, though please note that Google maps doesn’t always provide an accurate location. You can also reserve to be picked up by our charming local transportation, Twin Hearts Express and Transportation. Twin Hearts offers a shuttle service directly to Red River, along with the surrounding communities. Reservations for Twin Hearts Express are mandatory, so please make sure to schedule your ride prior to arrival.

Reservations Unlimited is currently using contactless check-in - please look for an envelope with your last name displayed on or near the office door upon arrival into town. This envelope will contain all of the relevant check-in information but we do ask that you review and sign the first page and either leave that with a team member or in the dropbox located by the office door.
