Riverbend Townhouse #8 is a four-bedroom unit located on the River which can sleep up to 13. This combines both the #8A and #8E units which can be rented separately.
The front door of the “A” unit opens to a stairway leading up to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a king bed. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway.
The main living area and full-sized kitchen are located on the 3rd level where you can warm up to the gas burning fireplace. There is a flat-screen satellite Tv for your entertainment. By the dining area, a patio door opens to a private balcony with beautiful views of the mountains! On this level, there is a bathroom with a shower as well.

Please wash dishes and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please leave temperature on heater at 55 degrees before leaving property.
Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box. If you have rented a home with a hot tub, please allow this message to confirm that you have pre-authorized a $500 security deposit to cover any potential damage or misuse. The deposit will be reconciled after your stay has been completed.

The neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.
Interaction with guests
Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.
Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
