Welcome to River Lyric Lodge, one of Red River’s premier properties. Perfect for multi-generational families or large groups, this 8,500 sq. ft. luxury home boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and expansive frontage on the Red River, just 400 feet from the brand-new Copper Chair lift. While not technically ski-in/ski-out, the lift is a short walk in your ski boots.
Relax on the huge deck or the private balconies of the top-floor suites while listening to the river’s soothing flow. The first-floor suite features a gourmet kitchen perfect for multiple chefs, a dining area for the entire group, and a grand living room with a four-sided gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river and Carson National Forest. Connected to the living room is an indoor hot tub room, and the “Almost Heaven” master suite offers a king bed, sleeper chair, and private bathroom with a tub and stand-up shower.

Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box. If you have rented a home with a hot tub, please allow this message to confirm that you have pre-authorized a $650 security deposit to cover any potential damage or misuse. The deposit will be reconciled after your stay has been completed.

The neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

Please contact Reservations Unlimited for information regarding a possible late check in.

If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.
Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Has WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Hot Tub, Game Room, and Elevator Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Pets must be under 60 lbs. Pet Fee: If the pet fee isn't charged at the time of booking it may be charged at the time of check in or after check out. No Air Conditioning. Please proceed to the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 W Main to complete the check-in process. Reservations Unlimited is currently using contactless check-in - please look for an envelope with your last name displayed on or near the office door upon arrival into town. This envelope will contain all of the relevant check-in information but we do ask that you review and sign the first page and either leave that with a team member or in the dropbox located by the office door.
