This cozy townhouse retreat, conveniently located in town and near the river, is the perfect spot for your vacation. It comfortably accommodates 5 guests, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city life you aim to escape. The townhouse features an inviting front porch, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee during the brisk mornings, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Upon entering the home, you will notice a ceiling fan, which is great during the summer as it circulates the cool air. There is also a wood-burning fireplace to keep you toasty during our snowy winter season. A large flatscreen TV is in the living room for all your streaming needs, and the property has wifi.

Mountain Comfort is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start the dishwasher and take out the trash before leaving the property. Please don't adjust the refrigerator temperature. Please leave the temperature on the heater at 55 degrees before leaving the property.
Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

The neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel's slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

If you were ever to have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport, or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
