Alpine Summit Lodge - Formally 4K View

Located over iconic Frye's Old Town, our spacious 2,600-sq-ft penthouse in the very center of town features epic views! Watch winter torchlight parades and summer events at Brandenburg Park from its private rooftop deck (with hot tub!). The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full and two twin beds. The living room has a Murphy bed, so you can comfortably sleep 10 guests. The home has two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, and a Smart TV in the living room. Alpine Summit Lodge also has conditioning! The home offers a huge private deck facing the ski slope with a hot tub and a propane grill. Granite slab countertops/breakfast bar, professional-grade kitchen appliances. Great room and open kitchen, electric fireplace. No smoking anywhere on the property. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street, Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited, and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.

Interaction with guests

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office at during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning until long after you check out.

About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free, year-round, seven-day-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service throughout town. Skiers especially love the property slope-side service.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Rules

Alpine Summit Lodge is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start the dishwasher and take out the trash before leaving the property. Please don't adjust the refrigerator temperature. This property is pet-friendly.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

Additional Notes

Trailer parking is not available. Has Washer/Dryer, Has Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Parking for 2 vehicles; others can park on Main St. Pet-friendly. If the non-refundable pet fee is not charged at the time of booking, it will be charged at check-in.
