You will feel like you’re in your own private spa with state-of-the-art jets in both showers and get a good night’s rest in the king-size bed in the spacious master suite. The second bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-size bed, and kids will love the third sleeping area in the loft with 2 sleeper sofas. In case of extra guests, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, with an extra half bath down the hallway for convenience. To top it all off, enjoy the added benefit of a full-size washer/dryer, as well as complete access to the enclosed garage. Our 29 Pine home is pet-friendly for dogs up to 30 pounds (an additional non-refundable pet fee of $125 due at check-in). ADDED Bonus: This cabin has 1 EV Charger 20 ct/kWh in the garage. Guests who use the EV Charger will be charged usage upon checkout. Another great accommodation at this property is the AC Split system. If the cool nights and cold days aren’t enough, turn on the AC and cool right down.
Please Note: *A 4×4 vehicle and possibly snow chains will be necessary for the winter season. There is a long, steep gravel driveway. A regular vehicle will not make it up the driveway during the winter months. If you park on the road and carry your luggage up the hill, please be aware that a snowplow could hit your vehicle while parked on the road in front of the property.

Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box. If you have rented a home with a hot tub, please allow this message to confirm that you have pre-authorized a $500 security deposit to cover any potential damage or misuse. The deposit will be reconciled after your stay has been completed.

Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.

If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours. *Please note that for this property, 4WD is often required to access the driveway during the winter months.*
Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
Four wheel drive is required in winter months! Please use the outdoor hot tub responsibly. Additional charges will be assessed if the hot tub is not used responsibly.
