Occupying two lots on Monte Vista Estates in the Red River Upper Valley area, our Valley View home can host up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Valley View has plenty of space both inside and out. Admire expansive views along with your morning cup o’ joe while occupying the seat of your choice on the sizable covered/uncovered deck. Enjoy the Wildlife as they roam around the property. 4x4 is often required during the winter months and trailer parking is available.
Step inside to warm up by the wood-burning fireplace. Make yourself comfortable on the couch and enjoy a little downtime in front of the large, flat-screen television with satellite programming. The full kitchen should meet your needs whether those include preparing a midday (or midnight) snack or feeding the small team of competitive athletes returning from their football or whiffle ball game in the yard. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee maker in the kitchen.

Valley View is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature. Please close and secure all doors and windows before leaving the property.
Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

The neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.
Guest access
To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours. **Please note that for this property, 4WD is often required to access the driveway during the winter months.**
Interaction with guests
Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, we are always available after hours by calling our emergency number (575) 754-7324. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.
Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
