This 2 story cabin with wood siding is a mountain vacation dream come true! The home features a riverfront location, 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor and two on the second floor, leaving the downstairs area boasting a beautiful open floor plan! All 3 bedrooms have Queen size beds in them and there is a full-size futon in the living room. The upstairs features plush carpet and the downstairs area features beautiful light wood floors. There are two full baths to accommodate all the guests that choose this beautiful home for their mountain getaway.
The home comes with smart TVs, a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking desires. It's the perfect property for remote workers because of the high speed wifi. The ktichen has a standard coffee maker. Enjoy the charm of this home with such features as hand-carved bears in the posts of the staircase, wood ceilings, stone gas fireplace, and exposed wooden beams.

Check-in procedure
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

The neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. You can leave the fancy attire at home and enjoy anything from bistros and cafes, all the way to Italian, Mexican or even the finest steakhouses while still maintaining those relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks taking in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the slope-side service. Transportation pick-up is available.

Guests will receive the keys and/or keyless entry codes at the time of check in at Reservations Unlimited 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. Please contact Reservations Unlimited at 575-754-6415 for information regarding a possible late check in.

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office at (575) 754-6415 during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.
Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
